SUNGHYUN's Quality System operates a robust quality management and assurance program recognized and audited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and aligned with our customers' quality management manuals for energy equipment manufacturing. We hold ASME code certifications such as "S", "U", and "T". Additionally, we possess the National Board "NB" certification from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI).
Our quality management and assurance program strictly adheres to ISO 9001:2015 standards, with on-site welding inspectors and in-house Level II Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) inspectors. We also utilize third-party contract services for Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Other quality functions include first article inspections with proper documentation, on-site or random inspections, 100% dimensional inspections, and material verification and review.
